The picture above shows Patricia Blair of Bennington with her twin children, Kaleb & Harley, who were killed last August.
Kaleb & Harley were killed in an auto accident when the Blairs were hit head-on by an oncoming car, driven by a person high on drugs.
Afterwards the Blairs learned that Vermont law puts no value on children who are not born alive, so there are no consequences for killing these two cherished unborn children.
