H.89 (Now Act 14) “An act relating to civil and criminal procedures concerning legally protected health care activity” and S.37 (Now Act 15) “An act relating to access to legally protected health care activity and regulation of health care providers” (Both of these bills were passed in 2023 and are now current law.)
