Forty years after the infamous Roe v. Wade decision, many people are unaware of the facts of fetal development and abortion. The Vermont Right to Life Educational Trust Fund has developed a radio ad to be aired as part of a series of projects to mark the 40th anniversary of that U.S. Supreme Court decision, which legalized abortion-on-demand throughout the United States.
The VRLC Educational Trust can accept tax-deductible donations toward the project, to purchase ads on radio stations that appeal to young people as well as audiences who have never really heard the truth about fetal development. You can listen to the ad here.
The ad features a young woman’s voice saying:
Every day, everywhere you look, there’s living, breathing evidence of miracles! Abortions in Vermont are down by over half! That is a miracle worth celebrating, because a tiny unborn heart begins to beat just 21 days after conception! Let’s honor every single miracle and join Vermont Right to Life as we celebrate 40 years of standing together defending life.
The ad ends quietly with just the sound of an unborn baby’s heartbeat.
